Q: Do you buy and sell pre-loved dresses?

A: No, all our stock is brand new.

Our Bridesmaid Dresses are available in sizes 0–30 in up to 60 different fashion colours and range in price from $120 to $470. Standard Delivery time is 12–16 weeks, with a rush order option @ extra cost. Gathered Straps, Cap Sleeves, Halter Straps, Wraps & Jackets are also available.

Our Bridal Gowns are available in sizes 0–30 in white or ivory, with a price range between $899 and $3100. Some are Champagne coloured, Light Gold or Blush Pink, others white or ivory, featuring a contrast coloured trim. Standard Delivery time is 4–6 months, with a rush order option available @ extra cost.


Q: Do you sell “off the rack” or are the dresses ordered in?

A: We do both. Whilst we carry a wide variety of stock in store, other styles and sizes can be ordered in.

PLEASE NOTE: It is important to realize that all dresses ordered in are not “made to the customer’s specific measurements”, but to a manufacturer’s size chart. In other words, we order them to the closest size required by the customer, taking into account the largest part of their individual body shape. This means that most people will require some sort of alteration to their Gown.


Q: Do you carry out Alterations?

A: Yes, our store offers an Expert Alterations Service.


Q: Are Alteration Prices included in the Purchase Price?

A: No, Alteration costs are charged separately as per individual application.


Q: Do you make to measure?

A: yes we do. Quotes can be obtained in store.


Q: Do you sell Accessories?

A: Yes, we carry Veils, exquisite Jewellery, Lace Straps (plain or beaded), Keyhole attachments, Hats, Dilly Bags and many more items. Call us if you are looking for something special.


Q: Do you offer Lay-By?

A: We offer an eight week Lay-By plan for items purchased “off the Rack”. Items ordered in on behalf of the customer require an initial non-refundable Deposit of 60% of the total Purchase Price, with the Balance due on arrival of the goods in store (usually 3–6 month).


Q: Can an Order be changed or cancelled?

A: No – once the Order has been placed and confirmed by the supplier, the customer is obliged to accept the goods as per their initial commitment.


Q: What method of payment does your store accept?

A: Eftpos, Cash, Direct Debit, PayPal, MasterCard and Visa.


Q: Can I get a Refund?

A: Standard Australian Consumer Law applies to all Purchases. Please check your local State for details. All States agree that Retailers are not obligated to offer Refunds to customers simply changing their mind.
